Can we use the Airstream to camp in?
We only hire for corporate and promotional use, but we can recommend some Airstream rentals for camping, get in touch and we will send you their details.
Can we collect it from you?
For insurance and safety we will always deliver to you.
What are the costs?
We prepare all quotes individually but the basic costs to consider are the daily/weekly etc hire fee (it costs less per day the longer you have it) and the charge for delivery and collection. We are very competitive with other Airstream hirers (we think we offer the most value for money, but we would say that huh?!) and there are no hidden costs, all costs are given to you with the quote so you know up front what you are paying for and when.
When do we pay you?
We ask for a deposit with the confirmation of hire, this is usually 25% of the hire charge plus estimated transport costs. The balance is due either before or at the event unless we have made other arrangements with you.
Are you insured for our event?
Yes, we carry public liability insurance and we are happy to send proof of this with confirmation of hire.
Will you set up the Airstream for us?
Yes, for one-day hires we usually stay with the trailer the whole day so that we can help you and make sure there are no problems. We deliver it in good time to have it set up for your event and we do not pack up and take it away until the event has finished.
Do you need electricity?
It depends on your event. We are able to run on our battery and gas supply for most things but obviously if you are hosting a party where you will need the kettle boiled every 10 minutes we will probably need a hook-up. This can be a general extension lead from the nearest source or failing that we can bring a generator if your event permits (think of noise and smells etc…)
